Running has been so good at maintaining my stamina and physical/mental health and being out in the fresh air is a definite plus. The countryside and areas that you run become place you notice and enjoy, so when you discover something this good the benefits need to be shared.

This has had an impact on my son’s learning, but also on his behaviour as well as he does not get frustrated all the time. I joined Eat4Health because I needed to lose weight and needed support to do so. I have tried other weight loss programmes in the past which would normally begin well but they never really taught me to change and do exercise they just told me what to eat and what not to eat but not why. I eat more fruit and vegetables and am more aware of my calorie intake and the need for physical activity. My blood pressure has lowered along with my BMI. I would recommend this service to others to make changes for life not just a few months.
